What is Resolute?

Two teams each crew a capital ship. A match lasts eleven minutes, and computer-controlled crew fill any empty seats. You play at resolute.keenappsgroup.com.

What can I do in Resolute?

• Warm up for a minute flying small craft, with unlimited respawns.
• Crew a station on your capital ship: the bridge, which steers the ship; shield control, which spreads the shields over 8 arcs; 4 light and 2 heavy gun stations; and medical, which revives crewmates.
• Fly a fighter, a two-seat craft with a gunner, or a bomber from the hangars, and dock to restock.
• Build new craft and repair destroyed rooms, both faster with more people.
• Signal your team with pings, and hold Tab for the scoreboard.
• Win by destroying every enemy room at once, by eliminating the enemy crew, or by having the higher score when time runs out.
• Watch as a spectator after you are out, if you join late, or if the teams are full.
• Rejoin your match after a refresh; your seat is held for 45 seconds.

If something is not on this list, Resolute does not do it today.

What does Resolute not do?

• There are no accounts and no saved progress. Only your callsign is remembered.
• There are no private matches or room codes, so friends cannot be sure of joining the same match or team.
• You cannot choose your team.
• There is no text or voice chat, only pings.
• There is no gamepad support and there are no touch controls.
• Keys cannot be changed.
• There is one server, with no choice of region.

What does Resolute cost?

Nothing. It is free, with no purchases and no ads.

Do I need an account or a download?

No. It runs in the browser. You choose a callsign of 2 to 16 characters and play.

How many people can play?

Up to 20 on each team.

What do I need to play?

A computer with a keyboard and a mouse. There are no touch controls, so it is not suited to phones.

What are the controls?

Move with W, A, S, D or the arrow keys. E sits you at a station or docks, Q stands up, R repairs, F builds, and Tab shows the scoreboard. At the guns, aim with the mouse and click to fire. When flying, Space fires and Shift raises the shield. Keys cannot be changed.

What does the game store about me?

Your browser keeps your callsign and a player ID so that you keep the same identity between matches. To clear them, choose Change callsign or Not you?.

Our server may keep a record of each match: when it was played, the result, and each player's callsign and score.
